I can't tell for sure, but from a distance this pretty much resemble the French Broom. Very attractive.

At first I thought is was a Scottish Gorse plant. Lovely Vintage. Is this plant growin wild?

Lovely photo, whatever the tree/plant is.
In Africa we had wattle in the garden, but it grew much taller than this, with not so many blossoms. I wonder if it is the same one.
